After two years of interruption due to corona, the employees of cetto GROUP from Saal a.d. Donau could finally celebrate together again: in the Gasthaus in der Heide (Sportheim Saal) the large number of participants showed that the cetto team had been eagerly waiting for the resumption of this event.
Company owner and Managing Director Maximilian Cetto, together with Managing Director Norbert Braun, was delighted with the large number of awards for long-serving employees that were presented in this festive setting:
Daniela König, Fabian Berghammer and Gerd Heubach were honored for ten, Elke Lehner, Mario Stephan and Mehmet Gürbüz for twenty, Beate Bruckmeier and Manuela Volland for 25 and Ulrike Leipold, Wolfgang Leipold and Holger Tognotti for 35 years of cooperation. Finally, as the highlight of the evening, Mr. Peter Langheinrich was honored for 40 years of service.
In his laudatory speech, Norbert Braun described Peter Langheinrich’s career at the cetto GROUP: after his successful training as a process mechanic in plastics and rubber technology, Langheinrich very quickly developed into a pillar of the company and also showed himself to be a specialist – for highly complex overmolding technologies, among other things. His rise to the position of deputy production manager illustrates his performance on the one hand and shows the opportunities for promotion and development within the cetto GROUP on the other.
In addition, three employees were given a well-deserved retirement. Reinhard Schmid and Gerhard Winter deserve special mention: both worked for the cetto GROUP for an incredible 48 years.
Maximilian Cetto emphasized the great importance of the many colleagues who have been associated with the family business for many years and stressed that this is a clear sign of the good working atmosphere within the cetto GROUP.
After an excellent buffet with duck, salmon and roast pork and the amusing exchange of “Secret Santa” gifts, the bar and bowling alley later went “into full swing”. With a few nines, the cetto team let their evening together fade well into the night.
