Your tasks:

• Measurement of injection-molded parts using our 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMMs)
• Creation, evaluation, and optimization of measurement programs
• Coordination of measurements externally with suppliers and customers and internally within preliminary quality planning
• Preparation of measurement reports and initial sample inspection records
• Creation of customer reports
• Communication with customers
• Execution and evaluation of process capability studies
• Performance and assessment of measurement system capability
• Planning and execution of annual product reclassifications in accordance with CSR (Customer-Specific Requirements)
• Participation in the submission of PPAP documentation in accordance with applicable VDA and AIAG standards
• Support of series production measurements
• Planning and execution of internal and external calibrations of measuring equipment and fixtures
• Responsibility for ensuring compliance with metrological and measurement regulations

Your profile:

• Completed secondary education, preferably in a technical field
• Required experience in 3D measurement, preferably with Zeiss CMM systems
• Knowledge of ISO and DIN standards
• Knowledge of VDA and AIAG standards
• Communicative proficiency in English
• Strong knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position
