Your tasks:

• Management and organization of production, ensuring a smooth production process
• Planning production
• Ensuring management efficiency and performance evaluation
• Creation and control of production and financial plans while maintaining quality and cost efficiency
• Reporting to management
• Representing the company in meetings with business partners and other bodies
• Implementation and validation of new production processes and technologies, optimization of existing production methods
• Management of the quality process of work, products and services in the assigned department
• Collabration with other departments of the company

Your profile:

• Completed training in the technical field
• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of English at an advanced level (daily communication), knowledge German is an advantage
• Ability to lead and develop employees
• Analytical thinking, time flexibility, communication skills
• Knowledge of drawing documentation
• Ability to work independently
• Communication skills
